The 2018 Ryder Cup in France

As the euphoria of Europe’s 2014 Ryder Cup win fades and with Northern Irishman Darren Clarke having been named as the captain for the 2016 event at Hazeltine, Minnesota it’s a good time to remind all Francophile golf lovers that the 2018 tournament will be held in France, at Le Golf National in Yvelines near Paris.

The 42nd Ryder Cup won’t only be fabulous for spectactors – a sightseeing sojourn to Paris is a must! – it’ll also give the French Golf Federation an unprecedented opportunity to market the sport across France and boost participant levels.

Keep an eye on course developments and spectator/visitor planning at www.ffgolf.org as the event gathers momentum.
