 LD Lines' new ferry doubles its sailing frequency...Portsmouth – Le Havre Service
The new vessel will then start service on the Portsmouth – Le Havre route during the first week of November, doubling the number of crossings on the service to meet the growing demand of the passenger and freight business. “Norman Voyager” has capacity for up to 800 passengers, 200 cars and up to 120 freight vehicles and a berth in a cabin for all freight drivers. On board facilities include 110 cabins, bars, restaurants and lounges and a first class lounge, providing the very highest levels of passenger comfort. Doubling the choice of sailings for customers in both directions, “Norman Voyager” will operate a second daily departure from each port ; sailing at lunchtime from Portsmouth and in the evening from Le Havre, in addition to the current sailing schedule of the ship “Norman Spirit” which operates an overnight service from Portsmouth and day sailing from Le Havre. To celebrate the arrival of the new “Norman Voyager”, LD Lines is offering a special introductory offer fare of from £79 any duration return for a car and two passengers, including a FREE cabin on both the outward and return crossings.
