The rent is exclusive of the cost of heating, the cost of which will depend on time of year and weather.

Refundable deposit of 100 euro to pay at arrival. When you leave the deposit is returned less electricity, heating costs and tourist tax.

The other bedroom with 2 single beds, a drawer wardrobe and a fitted wash basin with hot and cold water. On request we can provide; an extra bed, child's bed, babybath and high chair. There is also the possibility to rent bed linen.
