The kitchen has everything you need - a brand new fully fitted, all singing and dancing Whirlpool fan oven, halogen hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine - and you can see the sea when you look out across the lounge!

Local activities
There are two fun waterparks - one at Ste Maxine on the road to Le Muy called 'Aquapark' and one at 'Niagara Nautical Park' near La Mole with 7 giant water chutes and paddling pool for younger children. Boat trips of every kind are available from St Tropez, Ste Maxine or Cavalaire including celebrity home spotting, island hops, fishing trips or a day return to Cannes or Nice. Children (and adults!) love the little 'navigate yourself' electric boats for hire at Port Grimaud. There are two 18 hole courses nearby and a very popular, well organised Go-Kart track for all ages and abilities within 2kms of Font Mourier - plus quad biking, pony trekking and diving nearby. Other popular excursions include wine tasting and five fabulous local markets. The breathtaking Verdun Gorges or Canyon, which is 21 kilometers long and a unique phenomenon in Europe is a must see day trip for many people.

Location
Minutes from Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud and the stunning medieval hilltop villages of Grimaud, Gassin and Ramatuelle. The nearest beaches are only 1.5 kilometres away at ‘Cogolin Plage’ or 'Port Grimaud plage' - both have soft sand, sparkling azure water and beach front restaurants - and the beautiful world famous St Tropez Pampelonne Beaches are within a 10 minute drive. Ste Maxine and Cavalaire can also be reached within 15 minutes.

Cool white tiles and soft furnishings give a relaxing feel to our welcoming lounge. There's a TV/DVD tucked away in the dresser cabinet with a host of SKY satellite channels, including BBC, ITV, Channel Four etc. and some French News programmes to brush up on your holiday Franglais! There are two double sofa beds in the lounge and the Conservatory is a separate dining area seating six - and a great place to catch up on postcards! You can also pull back the patio doors to the garden whilst planning your next excursion.

Bedroom One: Spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and French doors leading out onto its own balcony with sea view - the perfect place for coffee and croissants overlooking the bay.

Bedroom Two: A light and airy double bedroom with views over the Grimaud Hills and surrounding trees. There are fitted wardrobes and shelves to pack away all your holiday attire. Pillows and duvets are provided for all the beds and linen can be provided if wished.

There are also two sofa beds in the lounge.
