External facilities
The gite has its own front door leading out to the courtyard where you can sit and relax in the sunshine. At the end of the garden is the River Vienne and a fishing licence is available on request.

Location
The gite is situated on the bank of the beautiful river Vienne so is ideal for fishing and also kayaking - canoes can be hired from outside the Mairies office - a two minute walk away. It is also ideal for ramblers with miles of walks to enjoy.

Exideuil is in the North Charente bordering the Limousin, a 30 minute drive to Limoges airport. Angouleme is 35 minutes in the other direction. Nearby is the market town of Chabanais and, a little further on is St.Junien and Confolens.

A lounge area with pull-out chair beds (for unexpected overnight guests). A television is provided but is French only. Also provided is a DVD player and CD/stereo.

1 double bedroom, all linen provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Off the bedroom is a shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. All towels provided.
