Kitchen facilities
Gite One - Les Petites Vignes - has a fully equipped ventilated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob and hood. With all equipment, crockery and cutlery necessary for an enjoyable stay.
Bed & Breakfast - has a kitchen area with a small hob, fridge, oven and sink. There are also coffee making facilities, along with crockery and cutlery.
External facilities
Gite One - Les Petites Vignes - has a private fenced garden. The property opens onto a patio area with a patio set, parasol and barbeque.
The Bed & Breakfast kitchens opens onto a decked patio area with a patio set, parasol and barbeque for the guests to use.
There is access to large solar heated swimming pool (10m x 5.5m) in an enclosed decked area.
Both are set in the private grounds of the owners in a beautiful rural setting. There are some games and activities for children.
Local activities
Apart from the usual local tourist attractions such as Futuroscope, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, and various golf courses there are other local attractions. Locally there are many family attractions such as the Plan D'eau at Cherveux, where there is a big lake and man made beach for children to bathe at, with a big water slide, pedaloes, children's play area, mini golf and a bar and restaurant.
Also there is the Parc de Pierre Brune, at Mervent, a park in the heart of a forest completely geared up for family fun. The roman remains site at Sanxay. Mouton Village where children can discover everything there is to know about sheep. The prehistoric site of Tumulus de Bougon and also the The Silver Mines of Melle.
Also from March to November there are over 20 festivals in Deux Sevres.

Location
The location is superb for both relaxing in the depths of the rolling countryside, surrounded by long unspoilt tracks, whilst easy access to the A10 allows for further exploration of the other local places of interest, including Futuroscope (30 mins), La Rochelle (60 mins), Marais Poitevin (Venise Verte) (30 mins). Les Forges, a 27 hole golf course with restaurant and bar open to the public (15 Mins) all making it ideal for the perfect holiday.
Living rooms
Gite One - Les Petites Vignes - is a spacious well equipped newly renovated gite.
The living area consists of two sofas, one being a comfortable slatted sofa bed, TV/DVD player with a range of DVDs. CD/Radio player with a small selection of CDs.
The dining area consists of an oak table with six leather chairs.
The ventialted shower room has a hydro massage shower, vanity unit, WC and washing machine.
There is heating throughout the premises.
Access to solar heated swimming pool (10m x 5.5) in enclosed decked area
Bed & Breakfast - The kitchen/living area consists of a 2 place electric hob, sink, fridge and small oven with coffee making facilities and a sofa. There is a separate dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
The new shower room has shower, vanity unit and dressing area. Separate WC.
Bedrooms
Gite One - Les Petites Vignes - has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin/double bedroom depending on preference. Also a cot is available on request. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and freestanding fans.
Bed & Breakfast - There are two spacious double bedrooms both with kingsize beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobes and drawer storage.
