Description

Kitchen facilities
The kitchen adjacent to the lounge consits of fitted cupboards, oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and alll the usual crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. It is furnished with a kitchen table and four chairs.

External facilities
External dining area with table, four chairs and a parasol.
Shared use of a 10 x 5 m swimming pool enclosed to meet current French regulations.
Large one acre playng field in full view from the gite.
Games room with table tennis table ande several board games.

Local activities
Boats for hire on the extensive Marais Pitevin canal network.
Cycle hire in the Marais Poitevin and also on the islands.
Indoor water centre at St Jean d'Angely ( about a 30 minute drive)

Location
Situated in the peaceful hamlet of Le Grand Breuil yet only a 30 minute drive from La Rochelle, Logis de Tertre is ideally located for the perfect French holiday. You can enjoy visits to the coast to La Rochelle, Ile de Re or Ile d'Oleron or visit many of the inland tourist attractions such as Futuroscope or the Hennessy and Martell cognac distilleries.

Living rooms

‘Le Trisant’ is a two bedroom / four person Gîte created in the old farmhouse stable .The ground floor lounge/dining/kitchen area retains some of the original stone walls and circular column and has a pine staircaseleading to the first floor. It is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, DVD and CD players. french doors lead directly out to your external seating area.

Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe and side chair. Exposed stone window wall. Pine boarded floor.

Bedroom 2: A twin bedded room with wardrobe and bedside table. A cot can be provided on request.
