Location
The Château de Labaurie sits overlooking the market town of Chalais and is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in rural France. Dating from before the 12th century and restored in 1649 and once the home of a French Chevalier who lost his life in a duel in Versailles in 1770. Now a family home of an English family offering its hamlet of cottages and to rent for holidays.
