Set in 2000 square metres of its own garden with mature trees, swings, benches and picnic tables and parking (both shared with the chalet).

There is a shared ski locker area in the garage, next to the apartment, which shall be shared with the main body of the chalet.

Local activities
Skiing, walking, hiking and other mountain activities. The apartment is also located 10 minutes walk from the loca leisure centre.

Location
The Apartment Les Hettaz is located on the ground floor of our Chalet Les Hettaz, a beautiful wood and stone traditional chalet ideally located up a pretty road just off the main street in the village of Les Praz.
It is close to the Flegere ski lift and only a short drive or 10 minute walk along the banks of the river Arve to the centre of Chamonix.

Living rooms

This open plan living area has a sofabed which can sleep a further 2 people (single with pull out underneath), patio doors leading out to the shared garden, and a second aspect window view of the Mont Blanc and Les Bossons Glacier.
It also has a Tv and DVD player and has a dining table to comfortably seat up to 4.

The bathroom is a newly renovated shower room with a WC, wash basin and a shower cubicle.

Bedrooms

The double bedroom has fitted cupboards and lovely mountain views.
