The kitchen area is equipped with small fridge/freezer, dishwasher, four ring hob and microwave oven.

External facilities
North facing balcony, giving fantastic views towards the Brevent.

For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment is decorated throughout with traditional pine furniture and warm soft furnishings to ensuring your Alpine holiday will be comfortable.

The apartment is superbly placed just metres from the gorgeous shops and restaurants of Chamonix and benefits from a balcony giving great views towards the Brevent hills.

Living rooms

The spacious lounge/dining area boasts large French doors opening out onto a north facing balcony, giving fantastic views towards the Brevent. (Please note that this directly overlooks construction work) There is a pine dining table to comfortably seat four guest, a double sofa bed which can sleep a further 2 people and a TV.

The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, bidet and WC.

Bedrooms

This is a good-sized double bedroom and plenty of storage space. There are views from the window to the Brevent Ski area. (Please note that this directly overlooks construction work currently)
