For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

The apartment benefits from a good-sized south facing balcony with great views of the Mont Blanc Massif.

There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with floor to ceiling cupboards in the entrance hall and sets of drawers or wardrobes in the bedrooms

Please note that construction work is taking place on an adjoining site. The surface car park to Alpes II is closed, but the allocated underground parking is not affected.

The apartment is superbly placed in a quiet central location, yet just metres from the varied shops and restaurants of Chamonix town.

The lounge/dining area – boasts fine views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the balcony over the River Arve. The sitting area has a sofa and chairs, TV/video and Hi-Fi. The dining area in front of the balcony has a dining table that will comfortably seat 6 dinner guests. The sofa can convert to a sofa bed.

Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe/cupboard unit. It has views towards the Brevent ski area. (Please note this currently overlooks construction works)
