Kitchen facilities
The large kitchen area - is very modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer compartment, a built-in oven/microwave, a 4 ring hob and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.

External facilities
For ski storage there is a ski locker in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

Special features
There are two spacious family bathrooms adjacent to the twin rooms, one has a bath and shower, a large wash basin with mirror and a toilet. The other has a bath and shower with a wash basin and mirror.


There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with sets of drawers or wardrobes in the bedrooms.

Please note that whilst the overground parking area is closed due to nearby construction work, the allocated underground parking is unaffected.

Location
The apartment is superbly placed right in the heart of Chamonix only a couple of steps away from the main shopping centre. It has 360 degree balcony views of the Mont Blanc vista over the river L'Arve and further views of the Brevent hills and the paved square adjacent to Rue du Docteur Paccard.

The lounge/dining area – has a balcony with views overlooking the river L'Arve and the Mont Blanc vista. There are two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table together with a TV (with Euro satellite) and DVD player. There is also a separate CD/stereo system. The large wooden dining table comfortably seats six.

Bedroom 1 – is an ensuite double connected with sliding doors to the lounge. It has its own balcony overlooking the river and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The ensuite consists of a shower and wash basin with mirror.

Bedroom 2 – is a twin room with its own balcony overlooking the paved square adjacent to rue du Docteur Paccard and up to Brevent. There is a small chest of drawers for storage.

Bedroom 3 – is a twin room with views of Brevent and a large double built-in wardrobe.
