Kitchen facilities
The kitchen area – is very modern and fully equipped with an oval dining table which comfortably seats six, a fridge with freezer compartment, a large oven with a four-ring hob and a separate oven/grill combo. There is also a dishwasher.

External facilities
For ski storage there is a ski locker in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

Please note that whilst the overground parking area is closed due to nearby construction work, the allocated underground parking is unaffected.

Local activities
As the apartment is located in the centre of town, there is shopping, bowling, a cinema, museums, a market, exhibitions, and a sports centre available as well as the skiing and other mountain activities.

Location
The apartment is superbly placed right in the heart of Chamonix and only a couple of steps away from the main shopping street of Rue Docteur Paccard. It affords balcony views over the River Arve and the Mont Blanc massif.

Living rooms

The lounge/dining area – boasts balcony views of the Mont Blanc vista and overlooks the River Arve. It has a sofa bed and a luxurious couch together with a TV and DVD player including Euro satellite. There is also a separate CD/stereo system.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – is a spacious twin with its own balcony overlooking the Arve and down the valley towards Le Tour. It has plenty of built-in wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bedroom 2 – is a double with en-suite shower and wash-basin and washing machine. There is also a large built-in wardrobe.
