Description

Kitchen facilities
The kitchen/dining area has a large traditional wooden table to seat 8 and the kitchen area has 4 electric hobs, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a small breakfast bar/serving area.

External facilities
For ski storage there is a cave in the basement.

There is also secure underground or overground parking for up to two vehicles. (Garage height restriction of 2m).

Special features
With its spacious living area and number of beds, Ginabelle 16 Rollason is a good choice for families or groups of friends seeking accommodation close to town and great value.

Location
Being located in the center of Chamonix town, Ginabelle Rollason is in a prime location to enjoy the pedestrianised shopping and restaurant areas of town as well as the weekly market, the Montenvers tourist railway and the Planards beginner ski area.

Living rooms

The lounge area boasts a large balcony looking towards the Brevent mountains and is well equipped with a two large sofas, TV with Euro satellite and a CD-player.

The family bathroom has a shower/bath, wash basin and WC.

There is also a separate WC off the main entrance hall.

There is storage space in the apartment with a wardrobe in the entrance hall, and wardrobes or sets of drawers in the bedrooms.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with double aspect windows looking towards The Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc, Les Bossons glacier and Le Brevent mountains. Has an ensuite shower and wash basin.

Bedroom 2 is a small twin bedroom, with northerly views towards the Brevent hills.

Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds and a large wardrobe. The window offers southerly views over the Mont Blanc.
