The open-plan kitchen area is a very modern and fully equipped with a large granite worktop and a selection of stainless steel cooking-ware. It opens onto the dining area with a designer table which can either comfortably seat eight or is collapsed to be used as a coffee table.

For ski/bike storage there is a ski locker in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for two vehicles, please bear in mind a height restriction of 2m.

Location
Situated in the heart of Chamonix’s old town centre, this stunning apartment offers the best location from which to explore the huge variety of slopes in the Mont Blanc valley area.

The lounge area – has an open plan loft style. It is set out in two areas, with a chill-out zone in one end and an entertainment area (including TV with British Sky, DVD player and stereo system) in the other comfortably set around the stylish leather sofas and the fully integrated log fireplace.

There is also a very small fourth room tucked into the eaves with a double sofabed meaning that the apartment can sleep up to 8 in total.

There is a large family bathroom which has a 'Philippe Stark' double bath and a large separate shower unit. There is also a granite sink unit and mirror.

There is also a separate shower room and toilet.

There is plenty of storage space in the apartment with built-in wardrobes in the entrance and separate units in the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is an ensuite double room with a couple of large wicker baskets for storage. The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet with hand-basin and mirror unit.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with single beds that are also designed to fit together to form a double. There is a large chest of drawers and a separate wardrobe for plenty of storage.

Bedroom 3 is another twin room offering the flexibility of beds that can be pushed together. There is also a separate wardrobe and two wicker baskets for storage.
