Location
The resort of Alpe d’Huez is set on a high, sunny plateau at 1850m, in the Grande Rousses area of the Southern Alps. Alpe d’Huez is renowned for its sunshine record, it has an excellent lift system with extensive skiing for all abilities. Alpe d’Huez boasts great snow conditions due to its altitude. The resort offers extensive leisure facilities, good child care, and lively nightlife. Alpe d’Huez is a superb resort for families, differing grade skiers and boarders, and non-skiers.
