The garden is well stocked with plants and bushes. There is a paved terrace behind the house which extends to surround the pool.
The pool is fully heated and is floodlit for night swimming. The pool area is fenced and alarmed for total safety. Sun loungers and seats are provided.
The house overlooks a field to the front, and the rear garden is private and sheltered.

Local activities
Charron is approximately a 10 minute drive to La Rochelles' Golf course at Marsilly.
The village is situated on the Cote Sauvage, (wild coast) of Charente Maritime, and boarders with the Vendee. The beaches of the Vendee are known throughout France for thier golden sands and many have been awarded the european Blue Flag for cleanliness.
The area boasts a microclimate, making it the second sunniest region of France, and suitable for stays way outside what may normally be considered as the holiday season, and with its proximity to La Rochelle and the Ile de Re, there is always something to see and do here.

Location
Situated in a quiet location in the village of Charron, 15 minutes north of La Rochelle and its airport.
Within walking distance is a bakery, grocers, butchers, bar, post office, bank, pharmacy and retaurant.
La Rochelle is one of the most beautiful towns in France and the Ile de Re is a must to visit. The beaches at La Tranche in Vendee are a short drive. Cycling Golf, watersports and fishing are popular activities. Please visit our website for details of these and other attractions.
Living rooms
'LA CHARRONAISE' has a large living room with dining area. There is a wood burning stove and french doors which open onto the patio area and the private swimming pool. There is a seperate kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine and ironing facilities.
On the first floor are four large bedrooms, two double and two twin, each with its own shower or bath room. For larger parties, there is a separate bedroom sleeping another 2 people, with it’s own entrance, toilet facilities and wet room. This can de only be rented in association with the main house.
