The chalet is located on a private road, set back from the main road so is very peaceful. There is a large sun terrace at the rear and patio furniture & a BBQ are also provided. To the front of the property there is ample space for 2 cars, plus additional spaces in the communal parking area.

Local activities
In the winter there are plenty of other activities to be had apart from ski-ing including snow shoeing, ski-doos, ice skating & sledging. St Jean d'Aulps is also ideally located for day trips to Chamonix, Annecy & Evian.

Location
The chalet is located in an enviable spot just above the village of St Jean d’Aulps & 2 minutes from the ski resort of La Grand Terche. It is also only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Morzine & 15 minutes to the cable car at Ardent which links right to the heart of the Portes du Soleil circuit. It is an easy 10 minute walk in to La Grande Terche in the evening if you wish to try one of the bars or restaurants in the resort. There is a large supermarket just a couple of minutes drive away.

The living area is a large open plan space with windows on 3 sides making it feel very light and airy. To the front of the chalet, there is the lounge area next to windows opening onto the balcony with tremendous views over the village of St Jean d'Aulps. The dining area is at the back of the house with doors opening onto the sun terrace and views up to La Grande Terche and surrounding mountains.

There is an addtional seating area in front of the log fire, and this is also where the TV & DVD player are situated.

There are 3 large bedrooms located on the second floor. The double at the front of the chalet has a king size double bed and access onto the shared balcony. The double at the rear of the chalet, benefits from views upto La Grande Terche. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds and also access onto the shared balcony at the front.

All the beds have warm duvets, fluffy pillows and cotton linen & towels are also provided.
