The cottage is set in a courtyard with two other cottages, all have their own private outdoor space. All set within 2 acres of courtyard and gardens at your disposal.
Les Limornieres is surrounded by farmland, usually maize, wheat or sunflowers. The views take in both oak and pine woodland which provide plenty of wildlife to spot.

Our nearest neighbours are out of view and earshot so all in all a peaceful countryside setting, conveniently located within 3km from the historic chateau town of le Grand Pressigny with it weekly market, great walks, woods and rivers Aigronne and Claise.
Welcome "first night" food included in your stay will be provided: freshly laid eggs, local cheese, bread, seasonal fruit/salad and homemade jam.

Living rooms
Recently renovated detached stone cottage with all the charms of oak beams, stone walls, tommette tiled floors and of course a large fireplace with wood burning stove. Cosy in winter and cool and peaceful in the summer heat.
Open plan with ample comfortable seating in each of the separate living, cooking and dining areas.
Bedrooms
The upstairs is an airy 30 metre square dual aspect room with a comfortable double bed. The shower room is spacious, recently installed to provide plenty of hot water and towels to ensur you enjoy using it!
All bedding and towels and electricity are provided with the cottage.
