Tucked away around a corner of the living/dining room, the modern fitted and well equipped kitchen includes full size hob, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and breakfast bar.
External facilities
Large terrace, with garden furniture including barbecue. Enclosed garden with picnic area. Villa and its garden are completely detached and self-contained. There is no other accommodation on site - but the managing agents Martin and Chris are just along the road in the next hamlet, if you need any information or help.
Special features
With your confirmation letter, you will get copies of our colour brochure (with illustrated map of places to visit etc.) and our information booklet - with everything from our favourite places to eat and drink, to the all important opening times of local supermarkets - and of course maps and directions for getting to the villa!

Local activities
There are loads of interesting places to visit and things to do (if/when you tire of just lying around the garden during the summer !!), including sleepy villages and livelier towns, beaches, chateaux/wine tasting, nature reserves, outside activities (for those into them !) including fishing, horse riding, walking and bird watching - or just sitting outside bars watching the world go by !

Location
Located in countryside, surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside but within 10 minutes of the Gironde estuary and quiet marinas, it is within 30 minutes of a nice beach with lots of lovely local places to visit and with easy access to the life of Bordeaux, La Rochelle or even onwards to Biarritz and Spain.
Living rooms
Living/dining room - with double doors opening onto the terrace, sofa and chairs, CD/radio/cassette player, dining table and chairs, and a new log burner.
Bedrooms
Two bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds. Separate additional sitting room/3rd bedroom - with TV/video and a double sofa-bed - with double doors opening onto the terrace.
