The well equipped Kitchen, has a dishwasher, part electric part gas hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave. There is also a small table here for eating breakfast or lunch.

External facilities
Outside the garden is set beside the house, overlooking the valley. There is a with private 11m x 5m swimming pool with Roman end, sun beds and table and a covered au-vent with Ping Pong and a BBQ. At the front of the house is an old barn which is ideal for evening drinks. On the approach to the house is a tennis court , (which is also shared with two other properties in the hamlet).

Local activities
There are a range of interesting activities for all ages. Leisure lakes which offer excellent sun bathing, swimming and water sports are the area's local alternative to the seaside. You can also play golf, go wine tasting at the many chateaux, explore the local bastide towns or enjoy the hustle and bustle of the French markets. It is equally an excellent place to take a family holiday with plenty of action to keep the children amused including quad biking, visiting caves and exciting theme parks!
As well as the local towns of Montaigu de Quercy and Roquecor there is the small town of Beauville which has two parts, a tree filled typically French square popular for boules and an arcaded area with shops and two cafes. Tournon d'Agenais is a pretty Royal bastide village from 1271 and on the route of St Jaques de Compostella with a lovely square and belfry tower superb views and restaurants and Penne d'Agenais is a most attractive hillside restored village with lovely views over the Lot.

Location
The property is near the small village of Roquecor which has a bar/brasserie, a grocer & a market on Sunday mornings and about 7kms to Montaigu de Quercy with shops, a market on Saturday mornings, bank, doctors and a wonderful leisure Lake with sand beaches, waterslides, paddle boats and canoes for hire. There are also tennis courts at the lake and public courts in the town. Through out the area you will find local markets, wine tasting, excellent restaurants, Fetes and music concerts.

The property is a renovated old stone house, which keeps cool in the summer heat. There is an entrance hall into a well equipped Kitchen/dining area. There is a large sitting /dining room with an
open fireplace, comfortable seating and a large dining table with eight chairs. There is a TV for watching DVD’s.

The bedrooms are on two levels, Stairs lead down to Bedroom (1) – with Double bed, and a shower room with shower, basin & WC. Upstairs, Bedroom (2) – with double bed and basin, Bedroom (3) –with twin beds and basin, Bedroom (4) –with twin beds. There is a Bathroom (1) – with bath, shower, two basins, bidet and separate WC.
Linen is included and there is a restricted telephone line so please bring your mobiles with you.
