The well equipped modern kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and fridge and there is a washing machine in the basement.

External facilities
The property is reached by a drive up from a valley lane which continues round the back of the house to the pretty garden, terrace and 11m x 5m swimming pool and BBQ. There is an additional shower and WC next to the pool. The pretty terrace has a table, chairs and there are sun beds next to the pool. In the barn building to one side of the house is a Ping Pong table and 2 bikes.

Local activities
In the area there is plenty to do & see, well signposted walks, cycling, riding, fishing (daily and weekly licences readily available), tennis, canoeing and swimming are all widely available such as at Montaigu de Quercy with a lovely lesuire lake and beach. Also popular in the region are several good golf courses and many riding centers. Each day of the week there is a market going on in different villages and towns and during the season Jazz concerts, dance and theatre. You can also go wine tasting at the many chateaux, explore the local bastide towns or it is equally an excellent place to take a family holiday with plenty of action to keep the children amused including quad biking, visiting caves and exciting theme parks!

Location
Paocot is situated in rural countryside, not far from the small town of Bourg de Visa and the larger town of Moissac, with lively weekend markets, is of great architectural interest having a Romanesque abbey and cloisters. The area is still relatively undiscovered. The roads are quiet and the people welcome tourists agriculture (foie-gras, duck and figs, cheese, sun flowers, fruit & vegetables.) There are many leisure lakes with beaches & tennis, golf, fishing ,bikes and excellent restaurants.

The entrance opens into a large sitting/dining room and kitchen area. The sitting area has an open fire place and comfortable seating. There is a large dining table and chairs next to the well equipped kitchen. Above this area is a gallery mezzanine which has a double sofa bed.

The home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms have double beds and 1 bedroom has twin beds. Linen is for hire if requested. There is a shower room and separate WC. ( there is another shower and WC next to the swimming pool )
