Fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, plates, pots, utensils, stove with oven. All plates, glasses and coffee mugs also provided.

External facilities
The shared terrace with the house residents has a great view and wonderful resting spot under the linden tree. The location is quiet and restful and there is good hiking down to the dry river bed. The river may be full in the early spring and later autumn when it rains. There is a small dipping pool great for cooling off.

Special features
According to the records in Cendras, the mas (farmhouse) has existed in the area since before the time of Napoleon. It has recently been renovated 2004 to 2005 and is even at this time modernized for more comfort. A second gite in the area closer to the woods is planned for 2009 to 2010 vacation seasons. We are available for directions at the number above and also a local manager for the gîte than can help with directions as well as provide you with the keys.

Local activities
Horseback riding, historical sites, tennis are a few minutes away. The views from the tops of the mountains are spectacular. The city of Alès has an incredible cultural center. Cendras has an eco-museum. There are continually local vendors in Cendras in the weekends that sell their produce. There is a new nautical center with a swimming pool near Alès. One can find all the supplies they need in local stores or for more diversity of goods at the "Cora" in Alès.

Living room with television with French cable television, DVD player, dining table that seats 4. There is a futon sofa that unfolds. There is central heating throughout for the cooler times of the year.

2 bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both with their own terraces with their own incredible views. Downstairs has a barbeque and picnic table. Upstairs bedroom has a separate entry and a wonderful terrace for sitting in the sun. Both rooms are spacious and charming. Sheets, pillows, pillow-cases are all provided. There is ample closet space in both rooms

There is a downstairs W.C. separate from the shower room with separate sink. The clothes washer is also located downstairs.
