The entrance hall leads to a spacious open plan living area. Our well equipped kitchen consists of a Wood Burning Stove, Gas Cooker, Fridge, Microwave and Large Farmhouse Table. There is also a Small Bar with Fridge.

Dining area will comfortably seat 6, the Lounge also has a Wood Burning Stove, for your entertainment there is Terrestrial TV and CD player.

There is also a large utility room with Freezer, Washing Machine, Sinks and Work Top.

External facilities
The French doors open onto a Covered Patio and Private Garden with Outdoor Furniture and Barbeque Terrace.

Internal Garage large enough for 2 cars.

Local activities
The leisure lakes of Gurson and Jermaye are approx 15k away. With their sandy beaches, are ideal for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Other various activities include watersports, tennis and crazy golf. A variety of Restaurants and cafes are located around the lakes. Both Lakes have maintenaned footpaths for walkers.

Location
The Town of Montpon Ménestérol is 7km away on the lovely River L'Isle, where you can take a Boat Trip, hire a Canoe or do some Fishing. There is a choice of Supermarkets and Restaurants and for the Gourmet Diner there is 'Auberge de L'Eclade' in Ménestérol, which is superb.
