Each apartment is well appointed with a modern kitchenette with refrigerator, ceramic hob (4), coffee machine and microwave/grill. There is also a dishwasher and cupboard space, ironing board and iron, and a hoover.
External facilities
Apartments come with either a loggia or terrace with garden furniture. The residence also has a communal peaceful garden planted with fruit trees, and guests have access to a solarium swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a table tennis equipment.
