Kitchen facilities
All kitchens are fully fitted and feature dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, full gas oven and hob, microwave etc. as well as full sets of crockery, cutlery etc. Plastic jugs and beakers are avalable for use in the pool area.
External facilities
Pool is solar heated (32m2 of panels) and 50m2 overall. Ave Summer temp is 28 degrees and generally 6 degrees warmer than unheated pools in the area.
The pool area is gated and fully enlosed. The security is certified to 2004 French safety standards.
The main lawn and childrens' playground is seperate from the pool area and also fully enclosed. The unique feature of our complex is that all the gites look out over the garden and no gites have direct road access; thus children are really safe.

Location
Set in a quiet corner of the picturesque Nie valley, Charente-Maritime.
Location is 1hr SE of La Rochelle and 15 mins from St. Jean D'Angely.
We are centrally located to be within easy reach of both the coastal and the many inland attractions of the Poitou-Charente region.
Four major airports are within 2hrs drive.
We are about 4hrs drive South of the port of St. Malo and about 6.5hrs from Calais.
Experience a lovely, tranquil part of rural France & still under 1hr from great beaches!
Living rooms
Living rooms are generally stone and comfortably, but not expensively furnished.
Our gites are all devoid of breakable objets, antique furniture and nic nacs, so families can relax!
We don't charge a deposit for one or two gite bookings.
Stairgates are can be found in all cottages.
Kids toys, videos, and books are all available FOC on request.
TV/DVD or TV/VHS players are available for hire t 20€/week and come with a selection of adults and kis DVDs or VHS.
Bedrooms
Master bedrooms all feature four poster beds.
Most doubles are super-king sized (1.8mx2.0m)
No bunk beds.
Cots available FOC on request
Linen is included and bes are always made up on the morning of arrival.
