The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside with fantastic birds and wildlife and of course the sunflower fields for which this region is famous. With plenty to do and see in the local neighbourhood - market days, cycle rides and forest walks. Fishing is allowed in the Grade A river at the side of the property and for the artist in you the gardens surrounding your cottage and the river are ideal for sketching or painting.

Chic resorts of La Rochelle and Royan – for sightseeing, shopping and seafood restaurants.
Atlantic Coast sandy beaches – chance to enjoy the beautiful seaside.

Location
