Location
Moulin Vieux is a small hamlet on the edge of the pretty village of ARS close to lovely town of Cognac with its historical attractions and distilleries (10 mins away) and bar & restaurant a few minutes walk away. Within an hours drive you can reach the fine beaches of Ile d'oleron, visit the chic city of la Rochelle, sample the vineyards of Bordeaux, play golf, go fishing, take a bike ride or country walk.

Living rooms

Relax completely amongst the vineyards and sun flowers in this large 4 bedroom house which can sleep up to 10 people. There is plenty of room to relax indoors or out, a large garden and and pool is available for the whole family. There is a lounge, dining room and kitchen fully equipped with all appliances.

Bedrooms

Three of the four bedrooms have a shower and there is a fully equipped family bathroom and 3 separate toilets. Bedrooms are simply furnished and light and airy.
