The kitchen-dining room, is fully equipped with 5 ring gas cooker, microwave and grill, fridge freezer and the usual cooking utensils. A large dining table seating up to eight.

External facilities
Surrounded by the beautiful french countryside, you can enjoy the relaxation and simple pleasures of rural life.

The courtyard has a covered patio area for dining around the table and enjoying a barbecue. Further on the garden features some lovely trees and the 7m x 4m swimming pool. The entire garden has been fenced off for complete privacy and safety.

Local activities
The local villages all have wonders for you to discover from evening street theatre at Le grand Pressigny, to daily markets with fresh local produce including cheese and wines.

Le Petit Pressigny has the superb Michelin standard "Promenade" Restaurant, which is well worth a visit.

The town of La Roche Posay with its medieval archways is renowned for its free healing water. Not to mention its golf course, Casino and race course.

The large town of Chatellerault approximately 15 minutes drive also features some wonderful shops and market.
Why not try ice skating whilst you are there.

The Medieval town of Loches is about 45 minutes drive and has a huge street market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, be quick and visit the pizzeria for lunch.

A choice of Hypermarkets are a short drive away. In most directions.

Horse riding with English speaking owners around 25 minutes away.

Although too far from Euro Disney to be practical, why not enjoy the French Grand Prix.

Location
The area surrounding the tiny hamlet of Montant is steeped in history and makes an excellent base from which to explore.  

The earliest settlers, pre historic man, occupied the area for around four hundred thousand years.  The troglodytes, cave dwellers lived in the area near by, and their caves are still in use today. You can visit the caves during the summer.

The large lounge and kitchen diner runs the entire length of the ground floor so you never loose touch with your family and friends. As you can see from the picture , Al fresco dining is the normal activity during the long summer days.

There is a utility room with washing machine, shower and toilet.

Travelling up the beautiful stone staircase we have;
Bedroom one, a large room with a double bed and fireplace.

Bedroom two, the master bedroom has fabulous exposed oak beams and a king size bed, an en-suite shower room with wc and wash basin. From the window, stunning views over the courtyard, fields and forest.

Moving up another floor, the twin bedded room is open plan style with the vaulted beams exposed. This to has its own en suite facilities.
