Gite 1 & 2 - The Kitchens have all mod cons including fully modern appliances including: Large Fridge Freezer, Gas Cooker/ Electric Oven, Double Sink, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker and Toaster and plently of new crockery and cutlery. There is a separate WC downstairs
Gite 3 - All mod cons including Large fridge freezer, gas cooker / electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee make and toaster etc.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine and ironing boards etc.
External facilities
La Trielle gites are set in approximately 1 acre gardens with mature fruit trees including cherry and peach in an elevated position allowing stunning panoramic views over the Dronne valley with it's rolling countryside.
The pool is larger than average - 13 x 6 metres, ample slabbed terrace. Infra-red security system. Outdoor solar shower. Shaded area with seating and tabes overlooking the pool.
Pool Table, ping pong table & Boules.
Each gite has it's own private terrace with patio furnitu

Mountain biking (Montagrier has a VTT Centre - mountain bike centre, where bikes can be hired with organised routes and races around the local countryside and woods).

Golf (18 hole public course at Perigueuxi with restaurant).
Fishing in local rivers and Lakes. Lake La Jemaye (just outside Riberac) is outstandingly beautiful with a sandy beach, restaurant and picnic area's - Walking & Windsurfing.
Canoeing - from 1 hour or the whole day - take a picnic or stop at one of the restaurants or the pizza shop along the way
Châteaux/vineyard exploring and delightful country walks.
Numerous local Auberg, cafe's & Restaurants.

Location
Situated in the Perigort Vert region of the Dordogne and the Dronne Valley with it's Rivers and Lakes.
Only 5 minutes from the quant typical 'French' villages of Montagrier & Tocane St Apre with shops and lovely restaurants and just 30 minutes from the city of Perigueux for the more serious shopper.
There are the local markets - Riberac's Friday morning market is well known as the largest in the Dordogne.
Choice of 3 Airports: Bergerac 1 hour, Limoges or Bordeaux 1 & 1/2 hours
Living rooms
Gite 1 (sleeps 2-6) and 2 (sleeps 2-5):
Have been recently renovated within the old barn, each gite is on 2 floors, they are airy and light with original exposed beams and stone work. The downstairs are open plan with double French doors each end of the gites to allow maximum light. The gites stays lovely and cool in the very hot summer months thanks to the 2' stone walls. There is central heating and a new modern log burning fire for those cooler months. The lounge areas comfortably accomodate up to 6 people. Fitted out with new modern clean corner suits that converts to a bed settee and matching arm chairs. Large Coffee Table, All mod cons including Satalite TV to receive UK Sky free view channels and DVD player.
Gite 3 (sleeps 2-3):
Is situated separate to other gites - annexed to the main house, spacious accommodation on ground floor - ideal for couple. Lounge comprises modern corner suit that converts to bed settee, TV & DVD Player (Sky TV), French doors to terrace.
Bedrooms
Gite 1 'Le Ble' has 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 with double bed and 2 twin rooms (one with bunkbeds), 1 Bathroom & separate WC
Gite 2 'Le Tournesol' has 2 en-suit bedrooms - 1 with double bed and single bed and the other with 2 single beds + Separate WC
Gite 3 'Le Maize' has 1 double bedroom and 1 large bathroom with full size bath & shower cubicle, there is a separate WC.
