The Apartment is in the Chalet des neiges complex in Oz en Oisans, a small family oriented resort with a pedestriansed high street, skiable in the winter. The apartment is on the gound floor on the same level as the ski locker and the access to the piste, so you can go from the front to door to the snow in about 6 metres!

The apartment has the benefit of a parking space in the multi-storey car park and access to the swimming pool, sauna, gym and restaurant. it also has a cave and ski locker.

Many of the other apartments in the same building are on the lease-back scheme, but this apartment is not - it is freehold. We have decorated the apartment to a high standard including tiled floor throughout the hall, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are carpeted. The heating is all underfloor heating operated centrally by the Chalet des Neiges, as is the hot water.

Oz en Oisans is a small, friendly resort which is in the tree-line and has 2 main pistes returning from Alpe d'Huez, both serviced by snow cannons, and skiable all season. There are also 2 gondolas, the one nearest the apartment (about 30 metres away) accesses Alpe d'Huez directly in about 7 minutes. The apartment looks out over this lift and the piste - it really is in an amazing position.

The resort has several bars and restauarants and a nightclub, although this is a resort best suited for families.
