Included in the sale are 2 ride on mowers, plus 2 static caravans and 2 tourist caravans which the current owners let out during the season. There is also land of 16910 m² .

The camping site is licensed to have 25 pitches for caravans and static caravans and also for having tents. There are 2 shower blocks plus toilets, an office and a little shop on site selling food and drink. There are electrics and water available to the pitiches for the caravans.

There is also a garage/tool shed and this is on constructible land.

The current owners are finishing off putting fencing around the garden of the owners house to make it more private from neighbours and they are also finishing off some works that need to be done in the main house.
