Located in a hamlet just 1km from a village with amenities, and only 5 minutes drive from the market town of Rouillac, this traditional home sits in a generous plot of almost 1 hectare.
Main house
A driveway leads to the sunny, private courtyard to the front of this rustic property, where the front door opens to the entrance hall (11.5 sq metres).
