To the left of this room a door opens to a large ground floor bathroom (with bath, shower, washbasin, WC and plumbing for a washing machine) with glazed door to the garden.

First floor

To the rear of the third reception room a wooden staircase rises to a large bedroom (29 sq m) with wooden floor and exposed beam ceiling. From here are door opens to a suite of two bedrooms (12 sq m and 24 sq m) both with wooden floors and exposed beam ceilings and the larger with an exposed stone wall. The smaller (middle) bedroom has a staircase that descends to the kitchen.

Another wooden staircase rises from the sitting room to a bedroom (15 sq m) with wooden floor, exposed stone walls, exposed beam ceiling and an ensuite shower room (shower, wash basin and WC).

Externally

The garden is mainly gravelled with a number of mature trees and shrubs - making it relatively low maintenance and ideal for hose who are not keen gardeners or for those who will use the house as a holiday home.
