House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall with its original solid wood floor. Three doors open from the entrance hall. The first, to the left, opens to the light filled “small” sitting room – or bedroom - (15 sq m) with two high double glazed windows to the front of the house. The flooring is wood laminate and there is a free standing wood burner in the fireplace. A door in this room leads to a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC.)

The second door (to the rear of the hallway) opens to the office (8 sq m) with laminate flooring and a double glazed window to the rear of the house. From the study, there is access to a storage room (3 sq m) which also contains a water heater.
The third door (to the right of the hallway) opens to the main sitting room (33 sq m). This spacious room has a solid wood floor and exposed beams plus a fireplace with an “insert” style wood burning fire. A solid wood staircase in this room leads to the first floor.
