The living accommodation in the main house is accessed from the front of the property with the front door opening into the lounge dining area.
Ground Floor
Kitchen / Diner (4.9m x 4.2m)
The kitchen diner has a tiled floor with whitewashed walls and exposed beams. A small kitchen area has been built around the open fireplace (Cantou) with the hearth of the fireplace being elevated with brick (this could be removed and replaced by a wood burner). The room is very light as a result of the double window to the front of the property. The stairs run from the Kitchen to the first floor and there is a door from the kitchen to the bathroom.

The ground floor of the annexe provides a large garage (5.0m x 4.7m) which is accessed by double doors to the front. On the right of this is a room that is used as a kitchen / utility room (3.1m x 3.2m) this room has a sinl and point for a washing machine.
Gardens
The property is cut into sloping terrain, the land to the right of the property could be levelled to improve access and usability. The current owner has received a quote for €6,000 to level the terrain and build a retaining wall. There is some land to the back of the property that is laid to grass and the garden is surrounded by woodland.

The property is 5 minutes from the village of Latronquiere with a few small bars, bank, post office and small supermarket. There is a large lake set in a 38 hectare site stocked with fish (a license is required), within 10 minutes drive.
