SITUATION
The property is situated in the south-east corner of the department called the Creuse just outside Felletin. The area offers great opportunities for hill-walking, bird watching, fishing and other sporting activities and for sailing and canoeing on the rivers and lakes. It is one of the least populated areas of France perfect for relaxing. The Limousin has thousands of kilometers of rivers and over 3000 lakes. It is a country lover’s paradise; you will fall for its simplicity and charm. It is only 15 minutes from Felletin which is a very pretty medieval village with has shops, cafes and one of the best markets in the area every Friday morning.
Limoges airport is approx. an hour and a half and you can fly there from quite a few UK airports now with RYANAIR AND FLYBE.
