To the rear of the house there is a newly built pump house and a 2000liter water storage tank supplied by roof rain water and 16 meter deep well supplying adequate fresh water, to the rear of the house there is a vegetable plot with a newly planted orchard with pears, figs, cherries apples and grapes. Around the property there are four walnut trees and around 16 chestnut trees.The land 50% is sloping pastures and the other 50% is forest supporting wild life being dear wild pig, eagles and many other small animals, the land is bordered on the southern side by a natural spring.
