Les Portes du Soleil ski region links 14 ski resorts in the Alpes covering 650km of piste, situated between Lake Geneva, Switzerland and Mont Blanc, France. The chalets in this residence are situated near to the centre of Morzine and its shops, restaurants, bars, ice-rink, tennis courts & swimming pool. By car or free ski bus, you are within easy reach of Avoriaz leading to the largest linked ski are in Europe with its unique architecture that blends into the mountainside.

In the summer months, you can make the most of the sunshine in the private swimming pool and unequalled views over the valley.

Each luxury chalet will be finished to a high standard,fully equipped and delivered "keys in hand". The grounds will be landscaped with an outdoor heated swimming pool and each chalet is completely independent with its own individual water, electricity and waste water systems. Heating is electric. Exterior lights will illuminate the covered parking and external access to the chalets. The 5 chalets situated on the higher part of the development will be accessed by a lift and a staircase. Additional features can be added and installed to personalise your chalet on delivery including sound system or satellite television.

A building management company (syndicate) will be appointed to be responsible for the communal areas and will take care of the maintenance of the residence (access roads, communal lighting, up-keep of communal areas, snow-clearing, the lift etc).

Services

You can also choose for your chalet to be cleaned after each use, to have special meals delivered, have Christmas decorations put up, have your balconies decorated, have a laundry service..... almost anything is possible. You also have the possibility to take out a maintenance contract for your chalet, for an average monthly cost of 100 euros. This contract will cover all the maintenance and small repairs not covered by the building insurance.
