Tignes is part of the L'Espace Killy and is therefore one of the most renowned ski resorts in the Alps. It boasts a huge skiing area of over 300 kms of slopes and is where the French ski team chooses to train. As Tignes is one of Europe's highest resorts at 2100m, snow is almost guaranteed right down to the resort throughout the whole season.

Thanks to the presence of the glacier, you can also ski all year round. The area is on the edge of "Le Parc de la Vanoise", a protected National Park, which also makes Tignes an interesting base for trekking.

The elevated position of the site will provide fabulous panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the Chevril Lake, and lots of sunshine for most of the apartments. A free shuttle bus near the residence will take you to the centre of the resort and all amenities in just 5 minutes. Thanks to the Chaudannes lift situated next to the apartments, you will have direct access to the whole Espace Killy skiing area.
