This end of terrace thatched stone cottage is set up as a lettable holiday gite.

The property is ideally located just a few minutes walk from a beach on the south coast and in a quiet sparse residential no through road with a collection of other houses. The roof has been traditionally thatched by Breton artisans and we have contact details of the local thatcher who can maintain the thatching on a regular basis. The accommodation layout inside comprises of: ground floor kitchen/diner/lounge with exposed stone walls and recessed windows, kitchen area with storage, cooker and space for a fridge or dishwasher, stone walling with soft cushions over for additional seating and space for a dining table and chairs.

There is a ground floor shower room with handbasin and wc. On the first floor there are exposed A frames, a main open plan L-shaped room with double bed and single bed and a partitioned off second bedroom for a double or two single beds. Each cottage is very similar in layout with either a corner kitchen area or kitchen area in a single line of units.

There is a private area of garden to each cottage with areas of lawn, hedge screening, views of open countryside towards the beach and ample communual parking space.

Entrance door from the front garden leading into:

Ground Floor Kitchen/Lounge/Diner (5m x 4m). Kitchen area with storage, enamel sink with tiled splash back and hob cooker, space for a dishwasher and tiled floor to the kitchen area.

Lounge/Diner Area has rustic stone flooring, recessed window the rear, stone low seating with cushions and exposed stone walls. Fireplace for an open fire, exposed replaced beams and door leading into:

Ground Floor Shower Room and Separate WC. Wall mounted hand basin, shower cubicle with tiled walls, wall mounted electric heater and tiled floor.

Step ladder staircase to the First Floor and Main L-Shaped Bedroom 1 (20 sq metres). Window to the rear and side, exposed A frames and solid wood floor with space for a double bed and single bed.

Bedroom 2 (2m x 2.80m). Window to the front, space for a double bed and solid wood floor.

Garden. To the front of the property there is a paved patio area for outside dining and barbecues with an area of lawn, hedging and views of open countryside towards the beach. Nearby is ample communual parking.
