This group of three thatched stone cottages are set up as a group of lettable holiday gites with similar accommodation layouts inside. The cottages are linked forming an end of terrace to each end and mid terrace between. They are offered for sale either as all three as described here or separately under different reference numbers.

The properties are ideally located just a few minutes walk from a beach on the south coast and in a quiet sparse residential no through road with a collection of other houses. Each cottage has its own entrance door and area of garden screened by hedging and ideally set up as an easy to manage and maintained holiday let business. The roofs have been traditionally thatched by Breton artisans and we have contact details of the local thatcher who can maintain the thatching on a regular basis. The accommodation layout inside comprises of: ground floor kitchen/diner/lounge with exposed stone walls and recessed windows, kitchen area with storage, cooker and space for a fridge or dishwasher, stone walling with soft cushions over for additional seating and space for a dining table and chairs.

Each cottage has a ground floor shower room with handbasin and wc. On the first floor there are exposed A frames, a main open plan L-shaped room with double bed and single bed and a partitioned off second bedroom for a double or two single beds. Each cottage is very similar in layout with either a corner kitchen area or kitchen area in a single line of units.

There is a private area of garden to each cottage with areas of lawn, hedge screening, views of open countryside towards the beach and ample communual parking space.
