As a next stage, the prospective buyer will be assisted to arrange their finances and maybe a mortgage before the Acte Notarial (legal completion) can proceed, documents are presented with English guide notes and help at all stages is available from the UK based advisors. For the buyers convenience a “procuration” can be signed in front of a UK solicitor or at any Notaire in France.

Payments are made in stages as the work progresses, with the final payment being when the home is ready which comes with a 2 year guarantee for all fixtures and fittings, and a 10 year structural guarantee.
