We bought the main house in 2001 and spent 1 year fully restoring every room to a high quality with the addition of 5 letting rooms, chambre d'hotes. Two years ago, we bought the ajacent barn and built two letting cottages which bring in an income each month.We have a swimming pool, poolhouse, gardens, two horse boxes, covered barb and tack room. There is car parking in the courtyard for up to 10 cars, completely enclosed.We built the 5 letting rooms , each with a private bathroom and are running a successfull chambre d'hotes with3 epis,***,We have a data base of over 1200 adresses of our customers who return frequently. around 50% Belgiums, 35% French.I am now thinking seriously about my retirement and would like to move to a much smaller home with my wife.
