This is a detached stone farmhouse with a barn in a very pretty location.

This is a beautiful area to explore with plenty to do in the summer and the winter. The natural surroundings are completely unspoilt with the magnificent gorge at Chouvigny not far away to explore. Due to the propitious climate you will find several plants of Mediterranean origin which survive there due to the favourable micro climate.
The Parc National des Volcans d’Auvergne is further south, which is the largest national park in France. There are 8 golf courses close by and 3 ski resorts within about 70kms.

SERVICES
It has got an electricity supply to the building currently switched on. It has mains water and 2 wells on the land. It requires an individual drainage system installed for waste water for which there is ample land. There is also a telephone line to the house.
Also you can have your bread delivered to your door as there is a bread van that comes to the hamlet.
ACCOMODATION
Once the farmhouse is restored it would have approximately 100m2 of living space but this could be more than doubled if the barn was also converted. At present there is a room as you come in the front door with a bedroom above it. There is a doorway from there into what is one large room now but which would have had a wall in the middle dividing it into 2.
Whilst there is no kitchen or bathroom at present and so not habitable, it’s campable!
