French cottage-
It is situated in a small peaceful hamlet in the Correze, Limousin. It is close to a pretty village called Selihac. The cottage is just 25mins north of Tulle.
The cottage is at 430m altitude and faces south.
This is a popular area for tourists and property to restore is becoming harder to find at this price.
As you can see from the photo it is by a road but this is just a small road/country lane with little traffic.

It does not have electricity or water but these are close to the property and so both can be easily connected to. The property needs an individual drainage system installed as there is no mains drainage available. Usually the cost of connecting to mains water and electricity costs approx. 800 euros each. The cost of the drainage system will depend on the type of system approved. An application has to be submitted at the Mairie and this is quite straightforward.

ACCOMODATION

Although the condition of the roof covering is okay, the cottage would look much more attractive if it was re-tiled in the traditional small roof tiles.

OUTSIDE
It has a large garden (1415m2) from which there are beautiful views over the countryside. There is access into the garden from the road. The countryside is completely unspoilt and is a beautiful part of France.
