It was renovated in 2007 to create a stylish and character proptery, It has a double bedroom, but with enough space on the upstairs mezzanine for two single beds. Downstairs, the space has been transformed into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with a good size and separate lounge (with a fireplace and woodburner) and a modern bathroom (with spa-shower, washbasin and WC). There is a small private garden to the rear of the property.

Ideal for large families or groups (and always booked during the Le Mans race meetings).

This is the original farmhouse on the site. Downstairs there is a large and well equipped oak kitchen, a lounge (with fireplace & log fire) with an adjoining dining area, The property has lots of French-doors to the front which all lead out onto a private terrace with views over the garden and countryside. At the far end of the house there is a downstairs double bedroom and a family bathroom.
