Normandy is easily reached by sea and air. The road and rail connections, provide easy access from the UK. Approx four to five hours from the Tunnel crossing, and some of the 'no frills' ferries and also the ports of Caen, Cherbourg, Dieppe and Le Havre and of course, St Malo (Brittany) are all within very easy striking reach of the region together with the airport at Dinard where flights arrive from East Midlands, Stansted and Luton. And not forgetting Paris is only 2 and quarter hours by train.

The property is just 10 minutes from the market town of Flers with schools, shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool.

The Orne is the least touristy of all the departments and is best known for its meadows, orchards, half-timbered houses, and traditional farmhouses.

The popular destinations of Mont St. Michel, St.Malo, the Normandy beaches, William the Conquerer’s castle at Falaise are all within easy reach. This area of Normandy is easily accessible from the UK by ferry, aeroplane, train and the Channel Tunnel.
