Our six day courses combine hands-on cooking with a relaxing break in one of France’s prettiest, and least known, regions. Our aim is to make this a holiday, where you can do as much or as little as you like. No-one is going to force you to do anything but we will provide you with all the elements both to relax and to learn, all at your own pace.
You'll be cooking in the light and airy purpose built kitchen of the main house. There's a relaxed and professional environment, all the top-quality equipment you'd expect and plenty of room to work at own pace. There are never more than seven people learning to cook at any one time to ensure everyone has plenty of individual attention.
Whether you’re a novice or a really keen cook, our half day and one day courses have been designed to offer something for everyone. The aim is to help you improve your basic kitchen techniques and build your confidence so you really enjoy cooking, while making some delicious recipes.
Maison Dyson, the home of Greedy Goose Cooking Holidays, is a large,lovingly restored four storey French villa built around 1850. It was originally the home and atelier (small workshop) of M.De La Croix.
