According to the Notaires de France, the average price of an old house in the Tarn is €150,000 and in the Aveyron is €136,400 at the end of 2007. Prices were generall flat in the North of Tarn and rose by 27% in hotspots around Mazamet and Castres. In Aveyron property prices rose by almost 12 to 15%. The property market is expeted to be flat next year but still expect rises in certain hotspots..jpg)
